How the free trial, cancellations, and refunds work.

Try before you pay

Robot Voice Bridge starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. The trial is there so you can confirm the app fits your workflow before any money changes hands. A payment method is only collected if you choose to continue after the trial ends.

Subscription and cancellation

After the trial, Robot Voice Bridge is $12 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account management link in your FastSpring order email, or by emailing us and we will help.

Refunds

If something goes wrong or the app is not what you expected, we want to make it right. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will issue a refund of that payment. Because every subscription begins with a free trial, this applies to charges after the trial converts to a paid subscription.

Refunds may not be available where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple accounts.

How refunds are processed

Payments for Robot Voice Bridge are handled by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through FastSpring, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
